Day 23 of 365 days cooking challenge

I feel so good that I have taken up this challenge. I got to eat many varieties which are prepare using local vegetable and without getting bored of eating.

Made Gangavayil Kura (Also called Gangavalli or Purslane) Pappu (dal) with raw mango added into it which obviously tasted delicious. Also, made snake gourd onion curry. It’s been like years seeing such a big snake gourd. Today, it once again reminded me why it got the name snake gourd 😛

Generally, I make Ullikaram (a paste made with onion and chili powder) while making Bitter gourd or egg curry. But trust me it tasted so delicious with the snake gourd as well.
